Fully Furnished--The living room, bathrooms and kitchens are fully furnished. Bedrooms are shared with a room mate. A bed with comforter, linens, towels, a side table, lamp and underbed storage for personal use are provided. Safe--Residents must sign a consent form that that security cameras are located in the common areas of the home. A house manager is located on site for assistance. Is there a move in deposit?

A one time administrative fee of $150 plus the first months rent is required at the time of move in.

No, you will be responsible for your own food. We do have designated pantry and refrigeration areas for each member of the household. Food is not permitted to be stored or consumed in the bedrooms.
